Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorldwideBioResearch's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

Eligibility

Accounts are open to researchers based in the United States, an EU member state or Australia. You must be at least 21 years of age if you are based in the United States, or at least 18 years of age if you are based in an EU country or in Australia. Whatever your registration region, any order delivered to a United States address must be placed by an account holder who is at least 21 years of age; this is checked against the date of birth on your account when the order is placed. By registering, you confirm you meet the requirement for your region.

Account Registration

An account is required to browse the compound catalogue, use the research library, and place an order. You must confirm agreement to these Terms and the RUO Agreement when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Research Use Only

All products supplied by WorldwideBioResearch are intended strictly for laboratory, in-vitro, and research use only. They are not approved for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary application by the MHRA, FDA, or any other regulatory authority. By using this website and placing an order, you confirm you are acting in a research or professional capacity and accept full responsibility for compliant storage, handling, and use of any compounds purchased.

No Guidance

WorldwideBioResearch Ltd does not provide usage guidelines, dosing suggestions, or recommendations regarding our products. Requests for such guidance may be considered evidence that a purchase is not intended for genuine laboratory research and may result in order cancellation or account termination.

WorldwideBioResearch Ltd assumes that the Customer is already familiar with the products being purchased and does not provide guidelines, instructions, or suggestions regarding their storage, handling, or use beyond what is stated in this Agreement and our published safety documentation. Any request for such guidance falls outside the scope of our service and may be declined.

No Guarantee of Results

WorldwideBioResearch Ltd makes no representation regarding experimental outcomes, product performance in any specific application, or batch-to-batch consistency beyond the specifications stated in any available documentation.

Representations & Warranties

By purchasing from WorldwideBioResearch Ltd, you represent and warrant that: (1) you meet the age requirement for your region (at least 21 years of age in the United States, at least 18 years of age in an EU country or Australia) and, for any order delivered to the United States, that you are at least 21 years of age; (2) you are a qualified researcher or operate within a controlled laboratory environment; (3) you understand the health and safety hazards associated with handling laboratory chemicals and compounds; (4) you have the necessary knowledge, training, equipment, and facilities to safely handle these materials; (5) you will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research materials; (6) you understand that certain compounds may not be listed on regulatory inventories and you accept full responsibility for verifying compliance for your intended use; and (7) you are affiliated with a laboratory, institution, university, or other research-based facility which is purchasing and using the products for research purposes only.

WorldwideBioResearch Ltd reserves the right to perform due diligence screening and may require verification of affiliation prior to order fulfillment. Failure to provide verification within five (5) business days of request shall result in automatic order cancellation.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

WorldwideBioResearch Ltd enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy. Any communication or conduct indicating that the Customer intends to use, or has used, our products for a prohibited purpose may result in the restriction or termination of the Customer's account. Details associated with a terminated account will be retained in an internal restricted-customer record, checked against future orders.

The products shall NOT be used for: (1) human or animal consumption; (2) diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications; (3) cosmetic, aesthetic, or personal care purposes; (4) performance enhancement or bodybuilding; (5) any consumer, agricultural, or commercial applications; (6) educational demonstrations involving human or animal subjects.

This list is not exhaustive. WorldwideBioResearch Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, where it believes a violation of this policy has occurred or is intended.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Payment Methods

We accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC) and, where it is offered at checkout, payment by debit or credit card. All prices are displayed in your selected regional currency (USD or EUR) at checkout.

Card Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment partner BasaltHQ, which is the merchant of record for the card transaction: the charge, the processor’s receipt and your card statement show BasaltHQ rather than WorldwideBioResearch, and it is the same payment, not a second charge. Card disputes and chargebacks are handled by Basalt under its own process; please contact support@worldwidebioresearch.com first so we can help resolve the issue.

Cryptocurrency Payment Discount

Orders paid in cryptocurrency receive a 5% discount on the product subtotal, applied automatically at checkout and shown as its own line in the order summary and on your order confirmation. It is calculated on the products only (not on shipping), last, on the amount left after any quantity discount and code applied to the same order, and does not apply to orders paid by card or with store credit. We may change or withdraw the discount at any time without notice; the rate shown at the time you place an order is the rate that applies to that order.

Discounts and the Welcome Offer

Buy more of the same product, in any strength, and save on that product: vials and mist applicators 5% off 2, 10% off 3, 15% off 5, 20% off 10 or more; liquids and capsule pouches 10% off 2, 15% off 3, 20% off 5, 25% off 10 or more. Discounts apply one after another, each on the amount left: first the quantity discount, then one code, either a partner code or the welcome offer but never both, then 5% off when you pay in cryptocurrency, or the Zelle discount shown at checkout when you pay by Zelle. The quantity and code discounts together never take more than 35% off the products; past that, the code discount is reduced first; the payment discount comes after that, so the most you can save on products is 38.3%. Shipping and shipping protection are never discounted. The welcome offer is 15% off a customer’s first order, applied automatically at checkout with no code needed. It is limited to one per customer and to the first order only, and cannot be combined with a partner code or any other code. First-order discounts are limited per household: a delivery address or phone number can receive a first-order discount for at most two accounts, and orders from further accounts matching earlier paid orders are priced as reorders. We may change or withdraw the welcome offer at any time; the offer shown when an order is placed is the one that applies to it.

Chargeback Policy

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@worldwidebioresearch.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider, so that we may investigate and resolve the issue directly. Where a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, and is later found to be invalid or made in bad faith, WorldwideBioResearch Ltd reserves the right to recover reasonable costs and fees incurred as a result, and may suspend or terminate the account associated with the dispute.

Regional Availability

WorldwideBioResearch currently ships to the United States, the European Union and Australia only. Products are fulfilled from regional warehouses within your selected region. Stock availability, pricing, and currency vary by region.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. WorldwideBioResearch is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping page for full details.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is an optional shipping protection charge of $7.50 added at checkout. If an order carrying it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we will reship the order once, free of charge. It is not insurance and is not provided by an insurer: it is our own commitment to send the order again.

Tell us within 7For a parcel that never arrives, tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Email us from the address on the order with the order number, and photographs where the parcel or its contents are damaged.

A reshipment under shipping protection is sent at no charge and is not a refund. It contains the same items as the original order, sent to the address on that order. Where an item is no longer available we will agree a replacement or refund that item's value with you first. The protection charge itself is not refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Orders placed without shipping protection are not covered by it. We will still help you pursue a claim with the carrier, and we will share the tracking record and dispatch details you need, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or a refund for a parcel that a carrier has lost, damaged, or recorded as delivered.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to support@worldwidebioresearch.com within 7 days of delivery, with the order number and photographs where applicable. Claims made after that time cannot be considered.

Refunds are rarely offered and are assessed case by case at the sole discretion of WorldwideBioResearch Ltd. Where WorldwideBioResearch Ltd agrees to a refund, in whole or in part, it is issued solely as store credit to the customer’s account. Refunds are never paid in cash, by card reversal, or in cryptocurrency, including where the original payment was made in cryptocurrency.

Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued and is applied against the total of a future order at checkout. Credit that is not used within 90 days expires and is forfeited. Store credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency.

Availability of the Website

We do not guarantee that use of this Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Website and products offered are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Use of the Website

You may view, download, or print material from this Website for your own internal, non-commercial research use only, provided you do not modify the content or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, or sell any information, products, or content obtained from this Website without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in account termination.

Modifications to the Website

We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies or errors in information posted on this Website and accept no liability for such inaccuracies. Prices, product availability, and website content may change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of any product.

Intellectual Property

WorldwideBioResearch Ltd owns all intellectual property rights in the Website’s content and design, product descriptions, technical documentation, and trademarks. You shall not reverse engineer any product, use our intellectual property to develop or market competing products or services, remove proprietary notices, or use automated means (including bots or scrapers) to access or harvest data from the Website.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for the purpose of ordering products and receiving related services. This license does not extend to any ongoing right of control over products once purchased.

Limitation of Liability

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are purchasing products strictly for laboratory research purposes, and you agree to indemnify and hold WorldwideBioResearch Ltd harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use, misuse, storage, or handling of any product purchased. You accept full responsibility for ensuring your use of any product complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. WorldwideBioResearch Ltd makes no representation as to the legality of any product's use, and accepting these Terms constitutes your independent confirmation that your intended use is lawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorldwideBioResearch Ltd shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or any harm arising from the handling, storage, transport, or use of our products after delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorldwideBioResearch Ltd's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product, subject to a maximum of $500 in any case.

Force Majeure

WorldwideBioResearch Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, supplier failures, transportation disruptions, customs delays, or lost shipments. In the event a force majeure event lasts more than ninety (90) days, either party may cancel the affected order without liability.

Affiliate Program Terms

WorldwideBioResearch Ltd operates an invite-only affiliate program. Affiliates are selected based on their existing content style, with a preference for educational and research-focused content. Affiliates are prohibited from making any claims of human or animal consumption, dosing recommendations, or therapeutic or cosmetic benefit in any promotional content.

WorldwideBioResearch Ltd does not monitor, control, or take responsibility for the content published by affiliates. If we become aware of content that violates this policy, we reserve the right to take any action we consider appropriate, including but not limited to requiring removal of the content, suspending or terminating the affiliate’s account, and withholding unpaid commissions.

Each affiliate is independently responsible for ensuring their own content complies with this policy and with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold WorldwideBioResearch Ltd harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from their promotional content.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Self-purchases made to earn commission, promotion on third-party discount/coupon websites, or any violation of affiliate program guidelines will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Terminated affiliates may not re-enrol.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by English law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. In any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable legal costs and expenses from the non-prevailing party, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment

BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO) DESIGNATION OF ALL PRODUCTS AND AGREE THAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR DIAGNOSTIC, THERAPEUTIC, OR CLINICAL USE. YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MISUSE OF RUO PRODUCTS MAY RESULT IN CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LIABILITY.
