We supply research-grade chemicals intended strictly for laboratory and developmental research use, and are not for human or veterinary use. Our catalogue covers research peptides, neuroscience research compounds and other research compounds.

Every compound in our catalogue is research grade, verified by independent third-party lab testing. Any batch that does not meet our research-grade standard is not released for sale.

We accept cryptocurrency – Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT and USDC (on Ethereum ERC20 or Base) and USDT on Tron (TRC20) – as our preferred payment method. Cryptocurrency offers the fastest processing with minimal fees. Debit and credit cards are accepted where offered at checkout – see our How to Pay page.

Card payments are processed by our payment partner BasaltHQ, the merchant of record for the card transaction. Your receipt from the processor and your card statement show BasaltHQ rather than WorldwideBioResearch – it is the same payment, not a second charge. Card disputes and chargebacks are handled by Basalt; please contact support@worldwidebioresearch.com first and we will help you resolve it.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Tracking information is provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can also view tracking in your account dashboard under My Orders in My Account, or on the Track Order page.

Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Email support@worldwidebioresearch.com as soon as possible with your order number.

15% off the product subtotal of your first order, then 10% off every reorder placed with the code. If you register through a partner’s link, or enter their code, it is saved to your account and pre-filled at checkout; you can change or remove it there. A partner code is your one code: it can’t be combined with the welcome offer or another code. The quantity discount comes before it and the cryptocurrency discount after it, each on the amount left.

15% off your first order. It comes off automatically at checkout, no code needed, as "Welcome: 15% off first order". One per customer, first order only, and not combined with a partner code (if you signed up with a partner’s code, that code’s 15% applies instead). First-order discounts are also limited per household: a delivery address or phone number can receive one for at most two accounts.

Yes. The more of one product you order, in any strength, the more comes off that product. Each product page shows its tiers and the price per unit at each, and the cart shows the saving on each line and how many more you need for the next tier.

Buy more of the same product, in any strength, and save on that product: vials and mist applicators 5% off 2, 10% off 3, 15% off 5, 20% off 10 or more; liquids and capsule pouches 10% off 2, 15% off 3, 20% off 5, 25% off 10 or more. Discounts apply one after another, each on the amount left: first the quantity discount, then one code, either a partner code or the welcome offer but never both, then 5% off when you pay in cryptocurrency, or the Zelle discount shown at checkout when you pay by Zelle. The quantity and code discounts together never take more than 35% off the products; past that, the code discount is reduced first; the payment discount comes after that, so the most you can save on products is 38.3%. Shipping and shipping protection are never discounted.

We deliver to the United States, the European Union and Australia, and nowhere else. Every order ships from the warehouse in your own region, from our US, EU and Australian warehouses, whatever it contains. Nothing is sent from one region to another, so your order stays within your region. Canada is next: pick it in the region picker and leave your email, and we will tell you the day it opens. Each region has its own catalogue. Every order ships from the warehouse in your own region, so the shop shows what that warehouse carries, strength by strength. A product we don’t carry in your region is left out of the shop by default; below the products you can choose Show to see them, marked “Not available in your region yet”, and ask to be notified if one becomes available. “Out of stock” is different: we carry it in your region and are waiting on more, and Notify me emails you when it is back. “Coming soon” means we intend to stock it but haven’t started selling it yet.

Standard shipping is a flat $20 per order, wherever it is going, and free on orders over $200 after quantity and code discounts. It is added at checkout and shown on your order summary before you pay.

Shipping protection is an optional $7.50 add-on at checkout. If an order carrying it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we reship it once, free of charge. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for a parcel that never arrives. It is not insurance – it is our own commitment to send the order again. Orders without it are not covered: we will still help you pursue a carrier claim, but we cannot guarantee a replacement. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Every order ships from within your own region. Orders containing both research peptides and neuroscience research compounds may arrive in two parcels, as each ships from its own specialist warehouse. You'll only pay one delivery charge, and you'll receive tracking for each parcel. See our Shipping page for details.

Research peptides: 3–7 business days in every region we serve (the United States, the European Union and Australia). Neuroscience and other research compounds: 2–5 business days. Processing time is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. An order containing both may arrive in two parcels, with one delivery charge and tracking for each parcel.

Yes. All orders ship in plain unmarked exterior packaging with no visible branding or product descriptions. The sender address uses our research supplies trading name.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to compound names or research chemical content on the exterior. The return address uses our registered business name only. Items are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.

No. Every order ships from the warehouse in your own region, whatever it contains, and nothing is sent from one region to another. With no cross-border shipping, your order does not pass through customs on its way to you. See our Shipping page for details.

You can browse the catalogue, prices and COAs without one, but an account is required to place an order. Registration records your date of birth and your agreement to our research-use terms, verifies research intent, enables order tracking, and ensures our compounds reach qualified researchers only.

Account registration is open to independent researchers, research laboratories, academic institutions, medical facilities, and pharmaceutical or biotech companies. Accounts are open to researchers based in the United States (21 or over) or an EU country or Australia (18 or over). Any order delivered to a US address must be placed by an account holder who is 21 or over.

All account data is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data, and only share it with the service providers needed to run the site, as set out in that policy.

No. All products are strictly for in-vitro, analytical, and laboratory research use only. They are not approved for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary application by the MHRA, FDA, or any other regulatory authority.

A Certificate of Analysis is a document from an accredited third-party laboratory confirming the identity, purity, and quality of a compound batch. COAs are available. Contact support@worldwidebioresearch.com for documentation on a specific compound.
