Domestic fulfilment across the United States, the European Union and Australia.
US, EU and Australia – domestic delivery
Every order ships from the warehouse in your own region, from our US, EU and Australian warehouses. Nothing is sent from one region to another, so your order stays within your region, with no customs delays.
Stock held in each region
Each warehouse holds its own stock, and it is the only stock your order can come from. If a compound is not held in your region, it shows as out of stock for you rather than shipping from another region.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the United States, the European Union and Australia, and nowhere else. Orders are placed against the warehouse for your region, and the delivery country is set at checkout.
Mixed orders
Orders containing both research peptides and neuroscience research compounds may arrive in two parcels, as each ships from its own specialist warehouse. You'll only pay one delivery charge, and you'll receive tracking for each parcel.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat $20 per order, wherever it is going, and free on orders over $200 after quantity and code discounts. It is added at checkout and shown on your order summary before you pay.
Shipping protection
Shipping protection is an optional shipping protection charge of $7.50 added at checkout. If an order carrying it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we will reship the order once, free of charge. It is not insurance and is not provided by an insurer: it is our own commitment to send the order again. Tell us within 7For a parcel that never arrives, tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Email us from the address on the order with the order number, and photographs where the parcel or its contents are damaged. Orders placed without shipping protection are not covered by it. We will still help you pursue a claim with the carrier, and we will share the tracking record and dispatch details you need, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or a refund for a parcel that a carrier has lost, damaged, or recorded as delivered.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to compound names or research chemical content on the exterior.
